Whether you dine beachside or on the balcony, you're just steps from the smashing waves at the eastern end of Dover Beach. Add twinkling stars in the dark of night, and you have a stunning atmosphere: elegant, inviting, sophisticated, romantic, and tropical. The menu is almost entirely seafood. For a main course, choose blackened scallops, seafood penne, grilled salmon with raisin rice, jumbo garlic shrimp, or Bajan flying fish, battered and deep-fried in olive oil.
